The Orologio’s cuisine is characterized in a specific mould, focused on reassuring specialities from the past (fresh pasta, tripe, pasta and bean soup, Ossobuco, warming stews….)
A cuisine which looks to the Riviera and the lake, but also to the hills and mountains which are reflected in the Benaco, a great coffer of delicious delicacies.
